Industrial Parks — Guanajuato, Mexico
AICC is presently engaged to assist its client in the development of three world class AAA industrial parks in the State of Guanajuato, together totaling approximately 350 hectares of developed land — including supporting energy infrastructure such as electrical substation construction to serve tenant operations. AICC's responsibilities included the selection of suppliers and contractors for both the construction of the electrical substation and the development of the industrial park.

Managing Partner
Founding partner of AICC, has more than 30 years of experience in debt and equity arrangement, specifically for project finance, asset securitization, energy and corporate finance. His background includes roles as Senior Vice President at Garvin GuyButler NY and Executive Vice President at Berisford Financial Group. He structures financing packages for developers and brings equity investors to construction and concession projects.
José Luis Romero Hicks
Partner & Legal Counsel
Former Secretary of Finance for Guanajuato state and former CEO of BANCOMEXT. He serves as AICC's legal counsel, reviewing transaction documentation across jurisdictions. Additionally, he manages the legal firm Romero Hicks & Galindo and has authored two books on Mexican governance and corruption.

Italian citizen BA in Business Administration with postgraduate studies in International Finance from Japan Center for International Finance Tokyo. His career includes roles representing several financial institutions across multiple continents and serving as CEO of Banco BICE (Argentina's National Exim and Development Bank. Currently partner at AICC and CEO of Cross Finanz, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and international strategic alliances.
