The principal focus of our range of infrastructure expertise is transportation followed by water, wastewater, and telecommunications. In close consultation with our clients, we perform the following tasks on infrastructure projects:
- Analysis of project structure, suppliers / contractors for equipment alternatives, technical advisory services, financial advisory services, government authorizations and other business combinations.
- Conduct interviews with suppliers / contractors which will lead to competitive bidding for each and every contract required by the project.
- Conduct interviews with leading companies which specialize in feasibility studies required for both debt and equity providers.
- Market studies, benchmarking and business plan analysis
- If required for project debt, work with rating agencies to obtain best structure for highest possible rating.
- Identify and assess commercial and other project risks and risk management mechanisms.
- Draft and negotiate detailed project term sheets.
- Design and negotiate project security packages
- Create comprehensive financing plans reflecting market‐based terms for debt and equity.
- Secure final commitments from project lenders and equity investors.
Our goal is to help establish and manage a detailed work, plan, and schedule to guide project development. This framework ensures that critical milestones are met on time and all activities to secure financing are coordinated, which helps project sponsors to control project development.
